Business internet: start with what’s available at your address.

Available technologies and providers change from one street to the next. We first check what is possible at your address, then compare options based on how you actually use the connection.

What we look at with you

  1. 1The technologies available at your address: fibre, cable, DSL, fixed wireless or 5G.
  2. 2Your uses: cloud apps, video calls, IP phones, payment terminals, backups.
  3. 3Upload speed as well as download speed (useful if you send large files).
  4. 4The monthly price after the promotion, the contract term and installation fees.
  5. 5What happens during an outage: repair times, possible backup connection.

A few terms, in plain language

Fibre optic
A fibre line all the way to your premises. Speeds are often symmetrical: the same upload and download speed.
Dedicated internet
Capacity reserved for your business, not shared with the neighbourhood, usually with availability and repair commitments (SLA). More expensive; for critical operations.
Fixed wireless / 5G
Internet over the cellular network. Useful where fibre isn’t available, or as a backup connection.
Backup connection
A second connection, ideally using a different technology, that takes over during an outage.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee a speed?

No. Speed depends on the plan, the provider and your address. We present what each provider indicates for your address.

Do I have to switch providers for you to help?

No. If your current service suits you, you can keep it. Our role is to present options; the decision is yours.

My business is still under contract. Is it too early?

Not necessarily. Note your contract end date and any cancellation fees: we take them into account before presenting anything.
