Calls made on your behalf, the way you would make them yourself.
When we call on behalf of a provider, its reputation is on the line, and so is its liability: the client of a telemarketer is responsible for the telemarketer’s violations of CRTC rules. We work accordingly.
Discuss a partnershipWhat we do for a provider
- Calls to the leads you entrust to us
- Existing customers or prospects, in Québec, in French and English.
- Clear presentation of your services
- The type of service, its price and the important conditions, as telemarketing rules require.
- Inbound requests
- People and businesses who ask us to compare their options.
The rules we apply
- Registration with the National Do Not Call List (DNCL) Operator, and use of a version of the list no older than 31 days for calls subject to it.
- Internal do-not-call list: numbers added within 14 days of the request.
- Calls only from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
- Identification at the start of the call: Prime Telecom, the provider represented and the purpose of the call. Caller ID displayed.
- Never claiming to be the provider or using a pretext (“account verification”).
- Personal information handled under Québec’s privacy law: restricted access, source disclosed on request.
- A written agreement with each provider covering these obligations.
A public page for the people we call
The people we call can check who we are, see our numbers and ask to stop being called. Fewer complaints, more trust in the call.
